How do I order consumables?

If you are signed up to 'Automatic replenishment', we will order consumables as soon as the machine notifys us that it's low on toner and it will be shipped directly to you.

 

If you are interested in 'Automatic replenishment of consumables' and don't have it already, please contact your account manager to discuss your options.

 

What is the Latest version of Xerox Device Agent (XDA)?

The current version of XDA that Document Express support is version 2.0.12.

 

We disable automatic updating of XDA to ensure we can be sure of the stability of XDA before customers upgrade to it. We go through a thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure that any new versions of XDA will not impact on your networks/servers.

 

We will do a manual upgrade of XDA once we are happy that it won't impact on your network/servers and hinder our ability to provide you with support should a problem arise.
